Paul’s letter to the church at Rome is best suited to be first of all the letters because it deals with salvation. The introduction to the letter is found in chapter 1:1-17 with the Key Verse being, “This Good News tells us how God makes us right in His sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say, ‘It is through faith that a righteous person has life’.” Rom. 1:17 NLT.
